1. Overview of Service Charges
EdPro Association provides educational guidance, application assistance, administrative support, learner communications and other membership or professional-development services.
Applicable service charges may vary depending on the type and scope of the service, course level, timetable availability, course-specific requirements and other operational considerations.
All applicable charges will be communicated to learners before they commit to a service or make payment.
EdPro’s service charges are separate from any other charged directly from another training provider. Payment to EdPro does not guarantee admission to a third-party programme, successful course completion or the award of a qualification.
2. Currency and Payment Methods
All EdPro service charges are payable in euros (EUR) by bank transfer, international bank or wire transfer, or online bank transfer to EdPro Association’s designated official bank account.
EdPro does not accept cash, debit or credit card payments, cheques or banker’s drafts.
Payment instructions will be provided through EdPro’s authorized communication channels.
Learners are requested to send proof of payment to edpropt@yahoo.com for verification. Proof of payment should include sufficient information to identify the transaction and relevant invoice or booking reference.
A transfer confirmation does not necessarily mean that the funds have been received. EdPro will verify the payment against its account records.

3. International Payments and Transaction Fees
Learners making international payments are responsible for checking any international transfer fees, currency-conversion charges, intermediary-bank fees or other transaction costs imposed by their bank or payment provider.
These charges vary depending on the bank, country, currency and transfer method. Learners should contact their bank or payment provider before making a transfer.
EdPro’s service charges are payable in euros. Where bank charges are deducted from the transferred amount, the learner may be required to settle any outstanding balance in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.
4. Official Payment Account
All payments for EdPro services must be made directly to EdPro Association’s designated official bank account.
EdPro does not authorize brokers or independent third parties to collect its service charges unless such authorization has been expressly confirmed in writing by EdPro.
Learners should not transfer money to a personal account or an account provided by an unverified intermediary claiming to represent EdPro.
Please contact edpropt@yahoo.com if you need to verify payment instructions or have questions about a payment request.
EdPro cannot guarantee or verify payments made through unauthorized channels. This does not exclude any responsibility EdPro may have under applicable law.
5. Changes to Service Charges
EdPro may revise its service-charge structure for future services and offers. Charges may vary due to changes in service scope, course requirements, availability, operational costs or other relevant factors.
The applicable price will be communicated before the learner commits to the service.
Changes to charges will not automatically alter prices already agreed for confirmed bookings or existing contracts. Any changes to an existing agreement will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
Where additional costs apply, including delivery, postage, courier or other supplementary charges, these will be disclosed before the learner commits to the relevant service or expense, as required by law.
6. What Do Our Service Charges Cover?
Depending on the service selected, EdPro’s charges may cover:
Membership and membership administration.
Application guidance and administrative assistance.
Learner communications and coordination.
Information sessions and guidance about available programmes.
Administrative support relating to third-party programme applications.
Eligible EdPro courses, workshops, events or community activities, where included in the offer.
Other services specifically described in the relevant service agreement.
Service charges may differ according to the level of support, programme requirements and scope of the service.
Any service not expressly included in the agreed offer may be subject to a separate charge, which will be communicated before the learner commits to it.
7. Information Sessions and Enquiries
EdPro may offer information sessions to help prospective learners understand available courses, programmes, services, facilities and events.
Depending on availability, sessions may be offered in the following formats:
In person: By arrangement at EdPro’s office in Odivelas, Portugal.
Online: Through EdPro’s official online or social media channels.
Virtual appointments: By appointment for individual enquiries.
Any applicable charge and the format of the session will be explained before booking.
EdPro conducts its information sessions through its own team and does not authorize brokers to collect service charges or conduct sessions on its behalf unless expressly confirmed in writing.
8. Application and Administrative Support
Where application assistance is included in an EdPro service, our team may guide learners through the application process, including:
Completing the relevant application form through the website or the application channel specified by EdPro.
Preparing and submitting the supporting documents required for the application.
Understanding administrative steps and communicating with the relevant provider where this falls within EdPro’s agreed role.
Receiving updates about the application process where information is available to EdPro.
Learners are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting complete documentation within any applicable deadlines.
Admission decisions remain with the responsible training provider. EdPro does not guarantee acceptance, completion or certification.
9. Learner Support
EdPro may provide administrative guidance and support through its designated communication channels, which may include email, WhatsApp and telephone.
Support may include application guidance, administrative enquiries, programme communications and general assistance relating to EdPro’s services.
Availability and response times may vary. Any specific support hours or service commitments will be communicated separately where applicable.
EdPro’s support does not replace the academic, assessment or certification responsibilities of Centro Qualifica or another training provider.
10. Instalment Plans
Instalment plans may be available for eligible services at EdPro’s discretion.
Where an instalment arrangement is offered, the payment amounts, due dates and applicable conditions will be communicated to the learner before the learner commits.
Missed instalments may result in reminders or suspension of further services where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
Instalment plans do not remove statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer protections.
For full details, learners should consult EdPro’s Finance, Invoicing, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by EdPro’s Finance, Invoicing, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds Policy and any applicable service-specific terms.
EdPro’s additional cancellation policy may permit consideration of a cancellation request received at least 15 working days before the scheduled course or programme start date, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
This additional policy does not replace or restrict any statutory consumer right of withdrawal or other legal entitlement. Refund eligibility will be assessed according to the contract, services supplied and applicable law.
Learners should submit cancellation or refund enquiries in writing to edpropt@yahoo.com.
