PLA Certificate Policy

Certificate Issuance

At EdPro, learners who successfully complete the PLA course will receive an official certificate issued through our recognised awarding partners in Portugal. This certificate confirms successful completion of the programme in line with accredited standards.


How Certificates Are Issued

All learners receive an original printed certificate, stamped and signed by the relevant authority. The first copy of the certificate is provided free of charge as part of our learner support service.


Certificate Fees

  •  First Certificate (Hard Copy): Free of charge

  •  Additional Copies: May incur charges as determined by the awarding body

Processing Time

Certificate validation and issuance typically takes up to 4 weeks after course completion. In exceptional cases (such as public holidays or peak processing periods), this may extend to 5 weeks.


Certificate Collection

Learners may collect their certificate in person from our office:

Learners must present a valid photo ID when collecting certificates. Certificates will only be released to the registered learner unless written authorisation is provided.


Postal Delivery (DHL Express Only)

If in-person collection is not possible, certificates can be delivered securely via DHL Express only. No other courier services are used.

Delivery requires a signature upon receipt. EdPro is not responsible for delays or loss once the certificate has been dispatched via DHL.


Delivery Process

If postal delivery is requested:

  • A PDF copy of the certificate will be sent by email first

  • The learner must complete a delivery authorisation form

  • Payment confirmation for delivery charges will be required

  • Once confirmed, the certificate will be dispatched via DHL Express

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are not included in our membership service charges.

  • Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all course requirements

  • EdPro ensures secure handling and professional verification of all certificates.
