Module 1: Participating in and sharing meetings (30 hours) in synchronic classes
Module 2: Negotiations- persuading, bargaining, and compromising (25 hours)
Module 3: Filling forms/ email writing/ Grammatical accuracy (25 hours)
Module 4: Talking on the phone / Giving explanations appointments/ teleconferencing. (25 hours) synchronic classes
Module 5: Travelling/bookings/Cross-cultural awareness (25 hours)
Module 6: Interviewing (25 hours)
Module 7: Jobs and careers (25 hours)
Module 8: Money / Finance / Business (25 hours)
Module 9: Networking, Common business topics/ Business word topics (25 hours)
Module 10: Jobs and careers (25 hours)

Evaluation:

Short tests, multiple choices, essay questions

Oral presentation (Arranged in synchronic classes)

Portfolio Assessment: Written case scenario – Business negotiation. Evaluations are conducted by the Professor of this course.
