This conversational classes offer an additional opportunity to practice and enhance your communication skills, helping you achieve fluency and communicate effectively.

During the classes, we will focus on pronunciation, verb conjugation, and expanding your conversational abilities in real-life scenarios.

Time: 15:00-16:30 Thursdays (Group 2) Subject to availibility
Groups of 4-6 students;
Level: For speakers who has completed A1+A2
ONLINE platform: ZOOM OR MEET

COST PER SESSION:

€15.00 per hour

Minimum Blocks of sessions : 10 sessions (15 hours total)

A student must purchase a block of session. This will allow more practice

DURATION:

90 Minutes per session.

If the student wants to participate in both groups they must purchase two blocks of 10 sessions.

Explore the fundamentals of Portuguese conversation:

This course is designed for those with an interest in learning the basics of Portuguese or developing their conversation and speech.

Using relatable scenarios and useful vocabulary, you’ll learn how to ask questions, introductions, and use the correct pronouns when talking about people.

With this knowledge, you’ll be able to broaden your conversation in real-case scenarios while working, shopping, or daily life, helping to develop relationships and integrate with Portuguese society.

Evaluation:

Using audio clips, and videos, reading books, watching news, and participating in events, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to perfect your pronunciation.

Equipped with a host of new phrases, you’ll have the skills and confidence to immerse yourself more fully in the exciting and vibrant culture of Portugal.

Syllabus applied during our conversation:

Introduction and dialogue with friends, families, or co-workers.
Develop your understanding of Portuguese sentence construction.
Introduction over the phone, pick up, ask questions, and end conversation.
The use of regular and irregular verbs in different scenarios.
Conversations with interrogative and non-interrogative scenarios.
Possessive and non-possessive conversations.

Conjugate verbs and use the definite and in-definitive

Our learners will deep into the use of regular and irregular verbs, possessives, and definite and indefinite articles correctly in various contexts.

We will level up your communication skills to avoid miscommunication and confidently strike up conversations in formal and informal situations.

Week 3 – Asking and giving directions on the street

Week 4 – Buying foods and clothes

Week 5 – Making a reservation

Week 8 – Talking about daily routine and free time

Week 9 – Describing family, friends and pets

Week 10 – Talking about the future

Week 11 – Going to the hospital

Week 12 – Renting or buying an apartment

Week 13 – Sending and receiving a parcel

Week 14 – Having a job interview

Week 15 – Describing one's country and culture

Week 16 – Giving an opinion on a subject (I)

Week 17 – Giving an opinion on a subject (II)

Course Requirements

Minimum age: 18
Portuguese level: Students who have a basic Knowledge in Portuguese A1+A2
It is suitable for anyone wanting to learn Portuguese for personal interest or professional development.

Understand the content of basic discourse.

We also provide an audio conversation, books, face-to-face meet-ups*, and weekly wrap up.
Each learner will improve speech and Portuguese accent.
All activities and conversation scenarios are applied to real life in Portugal.
