Module 3: Hospitality in Context (25 hours)
Module 4: Leadership and Management (25 hours) synchronic classes
Module 5: food and beverage operations (25 hours)
Module 6: Digital Marketing for Hotels (25 hours)
Module 7: Events & conference management (25 hours)
Module 8: Global and cross-cultural hospitality (25 hours)
Module 9: Business Planning (25 hours)
Module 10: Critical Reflections on Learning in the Workplace (25 hours)

Evaluation:

You’ll do some oral and reflective written assessments and have opportunities for more innovative forms of assessment such as delivering presentations and even creating a podcast.

Work experience: Students may be required to complete extensive placements (operational, supervisory, and managerial) with our partners in Portugal, increasing in responsibility until you work directly with managers and directors, guaranteeing the highest level of hands-on industry experience. (This is for students who reside only in Portugal) .

Course Requirements

Minimum age: 18
Educational Qualification: Minimum 9th grade or equivalent Language
Proficiency test: TORFL and IELTS
- GCSEs Mathematics/Numeracy and English at Grade C or Grade 4 or above, or their equivalent, but consideration is given to individual circumstances.
